防(fang)偽標(biao)(biao)識(shi)（消費者(zhe)防(fang)偽碼查(cha)詢中心(xin)辦理(li)）也稱為防(fang)偽標(biao)(biao)簽或(huo)者(zhe)防(fang)偽貼紙，是不干膠產品的(de)一類，能粘貼、印刷、轉移在標(biao)(biao)的(de)物表面(mian)，或(huo)標(biao)(biao)的(de)物包裝(zhuang)上，或(huo)標(biao)(biao)的(de)物附屬物（如商(shang)品掛牌、名片以及防(fang)偽證卡(ka)）上，具有防(fang)偽作用(yong)的(de)標(biao)(biao)識(shi)。防(fang)偽標(biao)(biao)識(shi)的(de)防(fang)偽特(te)征以及識(shi)別的(de)方法(fa)是防(fang)偽標(biao)(biao)識(shi)的(de)靈魂。

防偽(wei)標識(shi)是防偽(wei)技術產品之一（仔至2020年，按國家標準分類共(gong)6種），防偽(wei)認為產品在出廠時(shi)，應該(gai)遵循(xun)防偽(wei)標簽出廠時(shi)所遵循(xun)的八項技術要求：

1. 身(shen)份惟(wei)一性(xing)：防(fang)偽技術(shu)產品防(fang)偽識(shi)別特征(zheng)的惟(wei)一性(xing)和不可轉移性(xing)。例如數碼防(fang)偽，做(zuo)到一件(jian)商(shang)品的防(fang)偽標識(shi)一個(ge)身(shen)份碼，每一個(ge)防(fang)偽標識(shi)只能(neng)一次性(xing)使用(yong)，不能(neng)轉移使用(yong)。

2. 穩定期：在正常(chang)使用條件下，防偽技術(shu)產品的防偽識(shi)別特(te)征可持續保持的短(duan)時間(jian)。例如(ru)熒光(guang)油墨和(he)溫變(bian)油墨，有(you)衰(shuai)減期。

3. 安全期：在(zai)正常(chang)使用條件(jian)下，防偽技術產品防偽識別特征被成功仿制的短時間。這是客戶關心的，應由廠家提出承諾(nuo)期。

4. 防(fang)偽(wei)(wei)力度(du)：識(shi)別真偽(wei)(wei)、防(fang)止假冒偽(wei)(wei)造功能的持久(jiu)性與可靠程度(du)。防(fang)偽(wei)(wei)力度(du)由防(fang)偽(wei)(wei)識(shi)別特(te)征的數量(liang)(liang)、防(fang)偽(wei)(wei)技術獨(du)占性的數量(liang)(liang)、仿制(zhi)難度(du)和仿制(zhi)成本大小4要素(su)構成。

5. 使(shi)用適應性：防偽技術產品(pin)的防偽識別(bie)特(te)征能(neng)與(yu)標的物或服務(wu)對象使(shi)用要求相(xiang)適應的能(neng)力。

6. 識(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)別(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)性能(neng)(neng)(neng)：防偽(wei)技(ji)術(shu)產品的(de)(de)防偽(wei)識(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)別(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)特(te)(te)征能(neng)(neng)(neng)通過感(gan)官(guan)或機(ji)器(qi)（儀器(qi)）在(zai)要求的(de)(de)識(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)別(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)時間(jian)內正(zheng)確識(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)別(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)。前列識(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)別(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)強(qiang)調(diao)(diao)防偽(wei)識(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)別(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)特(te)(te)征的(de)(de)大(da)眾(zhong)共知性，通過感(gan)官(guan)即(ji)能(neng)(neng)(neng)識(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)別(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)；二線識(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)別(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)強(qiang)調(diao)(diao)通過簡單儀器(qi)（如(ru)放大(da)鏡、激光筆、紫外熒光鑒別(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)器(qi)等）即(ji)能(neng)(neng)(neng)識(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)別(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie) ；三(san)線識(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)別(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)強(qiang)調(diao)(diao)通過專(zhuan)用儀器(qi)（如(ru)DNA鑒定(ding)）由專(zhuan)家識(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)別(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)，作為司法判(pan)定(ding)的(de)(de)依據。二線識(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)別(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)與三(san)線識(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)別(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)強(qiang)調(diao)(diao)防偽(wei)識(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)別(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)(bie)特(te)(te)征的(de)(de)隱含(han)性。

7. 使用環境要求：防偽技術(shu)產(chan)品(pin)的(de)防偽性能應(ying)能滿足標的(de)物(wu)的(de)正常使用環境要求。

8. 技術(shu)(shu)安全保密性(xing)：設(she)計、制作防偽技術(shu)(shu)產品(pin)的技術(shu)(shu)應具有安全保密性(xing)。除此之外還應考慮經濟成(cheng)本適應性(xing)，即(ji)在滿足防偽技術(shu)(shu)要求同(tong)時(shi)應盡可能降低使用成(cheng)本。
